Is it a one-time charge or recurring charge?
One-time charge. No monthly charges. There is one exception. Every new license purchase includes one(1) year Priority Support. Priority Support is provided via our Priority Support Ticket System (PSTS). PSTS is monitored 24/7. Support responses are typically within 24 hours. After one year, you need to renew your Priority Support at the cost of $24.95 for an additional one year access to Priority Support. The fee is per domain / license. It is optional. You can still request support via Regular Support Forum. In the case of the latter, the forum is monitored M-F (excluding holidays). Support responses are typically 48-72 hours. There are no recurrinng fees to maintain access to upgrades. Upgrades and support (Regular Support) are lifetime, and incur no additional charges.
