Reset Password

Use this tool to reset your password. Simply enter your PS Client Username and PS Client Email Address in the form below, and click on the [reset password] button. If found, your account information and new password will be emailed to the email address associated with the account. If you supplied an invalid email address when you signed up, or if you no longer can read mail at this email address, then you will not be able to reset your password or retrieve your username - you will have to use the [Find Account] tool so we can trace your account.

Recover Username

Use this tool to recover your username. Enter your PS Client Email Address or Domain, and click on the [recover username] button to have your PS Client Username(s) emailed to your PS Client Email Address. If you supplied an invalid email address when you signed up, or if you no longer can read mail at this email address, then you will not be able to reset your password or retrieve your username - you will have to use the [Find Account] tool so we can trace your account.

Recover Email Address

Cannot recall your PS Client Email Address? Use this tool to recover your email address. Enter your PS Client Username or Domain, and click on the [recover email address] button. An email will be sent to the email address corresponding to the PS Client Username.

Find Account

Use this tool to find your account. Using the information you provide, we will search through our database and through our billing records to locate your purchase so we can provide you your account information. We will notify you once we have completed our search.

Email address used when you made your purchase.

Purchase Date

Date when you made your purchase. Format is MM-DD-YYYY

Domain on which you are using the purchased product.
