Legal Policy

This is the website of Password Sentry. Any individual's or organization's purchase of any of our products and/or services (hereinafter "Password Sentry") constitutes acceptance by that individual or organization (hereinafter "CLIENT") of Password Sentry TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

Password Sentry provides services to the CLIENT in exchange for payment of the listed fees. Payments must be submitted in advance of service and in accordance with the billing and ordering procedures set forth by Password Sentry. All prices are quoted in US dollars.

The documents and related graphics published on this website could include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Password Sentry may make improvements and/or changes herein at any time. Password Sentry makes no warranties or guarantees to the CLIENT, either expressed or implied, for any service or goods it provides. Password Sentry expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy or adequacy of the services, goods or information provided. Neither Password Sentry or its employees assumes any liability to anyone for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any loss whatsoever resulting from any access, use or inability to use Password Sentry or for any errors or omissions on either the part of Password Sentry or its Internet service providers. Password Sentry reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any CLIENT for any reason not prohibited by law including but not limited to the CLIENT furnishing false or misleading information or violating the rules. Further, it is up to the discretion of Password Sentry whether to offer a refund (full, partial or none) when the CLIENT has acted improperly.

Password Sentry waiver of any breach or default by CLIENT of Password Sentry TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE shall not be construed as a waiver of any future breach or default and shall not affect the validity of the Password Sentry right to enforce any provision of its TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE. Password Sentry acceptance of any full or partial payment during the continuance of any breach or default shall not constitute a waiver of such breach or default.

Linked sites are not under the control of Password Sentry and Password Sentry is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. Password Sentry is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Password Sentry of the site. If you are having a problem on another website, then this is NOT the site to report problems or abuses. We distribute web application software and provide services / tools to other sites which often link back to us. However, link backs to our site from other sites does NOT in any way reflect a relationship, affiliation, or partnership with the linking site. If you have a problem with the linking site, then you'll need to contact the site as we often do NOT even know a particular website is using our software or services, let alone who to contact with the site.

Support Policy

Each Password Sentry license includes technical support:
  • Priority Support Ticket System (PSTS)
  • Regular Support via Support Forums.
After the first year, an annual Priority Support renewal fee of $24.95 is required per domain to continue to receive access to Priority Support. Priority Support guarantees a response time of 24 hours via our Priority Support Ticket System (PSTS). Regular Support response times are in the 48 - 72 hour time range via Support Forum. Regular Support is lifetime guaranteed.

Refund Policy. Refunds will be honoured either when a purchase is not processed in a timely manner or in the event of an unresolvable technical difficulty which prevents access to a Password Sentry website thereby preventing you from downloading the product, or requesting installation. Refunds will also be honoured if Password Sentry cannot be installed on your server. To receive a refund, customers must first obtain approval via email by describing and attempting to resolve the technical problem within 30 days of purchase. Upon authorization for the refund, the CLIENT will be contacted via email to supply the necessary information to complete the refund. After 30 days, no refunds will be honoured, under any circumstances. Any refunds or charge-backs processed without the consent of Password Sentry will result in legal action against you for software piracy. We take this issue very seriously, and have no tolerance for those who pirate software products.
